“Men aren’t the same these days…”

Be honest. Have you stated this before or felt like men are different from what you’ve seen through your uncles, grandfathers or older generations. Ladies, I’m here to tell you, chivalry isn’t dead, AT ALL. I don’t want to point fingers, but let me say this. If you’re surrounded by men who aren’t exerting the soft side of their masculine energy, you may very well be the problem.

I found this to be true. Years ago, I knew a friend who dated a guy who had a type. She wasn’t anything like his type. The women he dated would spoil him with their money and gifts. He would share how funny it was seeing these women doing crazy things to be with him. When she dated him would do the complete opposite. She had standards the other women didn’t have. He would open the doors for her, take her on dates, all expenses paid by him and he even took her on a shopping spree. I quickly learned that it wasn’t that the man wasn’t a gentleman. It simply was, he was a gentleman to a feminine woman.

High-caliber Men respond to feminine energy. (Learn more about high-Caliber Men HERE)

If a woman is feminine, trust me – men will ALWAYS go out of their way for her. Men love feeling needed hence why chivalry is even a topic of discussion.

If you’re defensive anytime a man offers to help, he will not feel needed.

Men display chivalry in 3 ways:

  1. Providing
  2. Protecting
  3. Problem-Solving

Have you noticed a man doing any of these three things? It doesn’t have to be someone you’re dating. Men do things for feminine women, period. When men are being polite women have been trained to think they are trying to approach them or annoy them. This isn’t always true.

Women, if we’re surrounded by men trying to help us, politely say thank you. Believe it or not, this is why most men are reluctant to be polite. We have to change the narrative by responding better.

If your husband, fiancé or boyfriend does something nice it’s wise to respond well to encourage more of his good deeds.

Here are 5 Feminine Secrets to Responding to Chivalry

  1. Simply smile and say “Thank you”
  2. Kiss him on the cheek/lips with a big smile
  3. Give him a hug (Big squeeze)
  4. Take time and verbally thank him or write a thank you note
  5. Give him a treat (Do something special for him and make sure he knows why you’re doing it)

There are so many other ways of showing your appreciation that I haven’t listed. What are your thoughts? Have you responded this way? How did that accept it?
